Abstract: |
The present invention belongs to the field of medical ultrasonic technology. The method of detecting myocardial blood supply state includes: establishing the mapping list between the back scattering integral fluctuation and the color; scanning the tested heart and acquiring continuously the ultrasonic RF signal to re-constitute B-mode image sequence reflecting the structure of the scanned area; selecting in the first frame interested rectangular area and tracing myocardial margin positions in different frames; calculating the myocardial particle positions in different frames; calculating back scattering integral curve and the back scattering integral fluctuation of the myocardial particles, and obtaining the blood supply state diagram of the myocardial particles based on the mapping list. The method of the present invention can distinguish effectively normal cardiac muscle and ischemic cardiac muscle accurately. |
