Abstract: |
The present invention belongs to the field of medical ultrasonics. The method of calculating back myocardial scattering integral fluctuation degree includes: scanning the tested heart to acquire the ultrasonic RF signal continuously; re-constructing B-mode ultrasonic image sequence reflecting the structure of the scanned area based on ultrasonic RF signal; selecting relevant myocardial particle in the first frame of the image; tracing the positions of the myocardial particle in other frames of image; finding out RF signal section in different times from the acquired RF signal to calculate the back scattering integral value of the RF signal and obtain the back scattering integral curve; and calculating the back scattering integral fluctuation. The method of the present invention can distinguish effectively normal cardiac muscle and ischemic cardiac muscle accurately. |
