Abstract:
The present invention provides a separation and determination method of low-concentration dissolved state aluminium and colloidal state alminium in water. Said method includes the following step: firstly, filtering water sample to be tested by using filtering membrane to remove suspended state aluminium, and determining total aluminium concentration of the water sample after which is filtered, adopting gel chromatographic column and utilizing calibrating aluminium solution of defined separation operation condition of chromatographic column, in said process sampling and determining aluminium concentration at regular time, regulating sample quantity and elution speed so as to make the peaks respectively representing dissolved state aluminium and colloidal state aluminium be separated.
