Abstract:
The invention belongs to the field of computer numerical control, especially relating to a large-scale complex intelligent robot control system for fire-water processing of curved steel sheets. The whole system comprises: an actuating mechanism including an industrial control computer, a servo unit, an external signal collecting&control unit, a measuring unit, a step-by-step unit, an automatic height-regulating sub-system, a control panel and a manipulator; a controller including an initialization module, a master control&state-conversion module, a programming module, a user program runn module, a motion planning&motion-node interpretative module, an interactive module with an expert system, a manual control&positioning module, a step driving module, an interface display module, an I/O processing module, a key processing module, a measuring module, a trouble processing module and a servo module. It can largely raise production speed, shorten the shipbuilding period and improve shipbuilding quality and cost.
