Abstract:
The present invention relates to an integral magnetorheological polishing method of die and component, belonging to the field of mechanical workpiece surface burnishing machining technology. The invented polishing method is characterized by that the workpiece to be polished is placed in a container in which the magnetorheological polishing fluid is held and is fixed then an integral magnetic polishing die coincided with integral form of surface to be polished is made, said integral magnetic polishing die can be made up by using permanent-magnet, then said invention makes the integral magnetic polishing die and the surface to be polished implement relative movement, so that said workpiece surface can be polished.
