Abstract: |
The invention relates to a high capacity heat treatment silicon nitride ceramic and the manufacture method that belongs to ceramic material technology field. It adopts silicon nitride powder and single rare earth oxide additive as raw material, after mixing equally, sintering to densification and taking after-sintering treatment. The silicon nitride ceramic has high room temperature intension, as well as in high temperature, without adding beta-Si3N4 crystal seed. It could be widely used in metallurgy, chemistry, mechanic, spaceflight and military affairs fields. |
