Abstract:
A nitrite aqua-enzyme and its coding gene and use are disclosed. It consists of alphasubunit of amino acid residual acid sequence with SEQ ID No:3 in sequential table and betasubunit of amino acid residual acid sequence with SEQ ID No:2. It achieves high activity and stability, improvement of acrylamide.
