Abstract:
An asynchronous remote mirror image method based on load self-adapting in SAN system characterizes that in SAN composed of a host node, an interconnection device including a host adaptive card, an exchanger and data link, I/O node and its disk array, a mirror I/O node providing network disks to the above mentioned I/O node and its disk array, the target simulator of the I/O nodal unit can apply two different asynchronous mirror image ways to reduce the command response time according to I/O load and to synchronize the disks to ensure the compatibility of data at the beginning of setting up the mirror image relation or exchange the fault disks when they fail and process the faults of the submodules of the target simulator differently so as to reduce the response time of writing command.
