Abstract:
The present invention relates to measurement technology of displacement or other mechanical quantity variation in ultralow temperature medium conveying apparatus, and is the low temperature calibration system for eddy current displacement sensor. The calibration system includes low temperature container with liquid inlet, gas outlet and liquid level gauge inserting port, calibration chamber with test observing window, sensor calibrating rack inside the chamber, vacuum Dewar bottle with heat sink and vacuum pump port and communicated with the chamber, displacement simulating mechanism on the casing of Dewar bottle and connected with the side wall of the chamber, temperature measuring and regulating device for the calibrated eddy current sensor, and data acquisition and signal processing system comprising data acquiring instrument with three input channels and computer.
