Abstract: |
The method includes such step as creating transfer index matrix in code converter; determining percent Po of macro block needed to refresh in current processing frames in code converter, and moving active degree of each macro block; determining position of macro block of needed to code refresh based on Po, transfer index matrix and moving active degree; determining quantization coefficient of all macro blocks in current frame, and encoding all macro blocks decoded in the code converter so as to realize code conversion for current processing frame; updating transfer index matrix. Features of the method are simple algorithm and wide suitable region. Fault tolerant code conversion can be implemented based on average bit rate of input code stream, usable code rate in front channel and bit error in channel. |
