Abstract:
Down converter possesses duplex balance structure composed of single ended input stage, difference output stage and connected frequency mixing unit. General structure of open drain electrode is adopted in said difference output stage. Class ab single ended input structure in on chip bias is adopted in the single ended input stage. The invention through introduced on chip bias loop improve symmetry and linearity of mixer greatly. Input impedance matching is realized through on chip, and output is in mode of open drain electrode, and having high conversion gain, high linearity and low noise factor at low consumption of voltage and current.
