The invention discloses a chimeric receptor of mouse-EPOR extracellular region and human-NOK intracellular region, and its coding gene and its uses and cell line. The inventive chimeric receptor of mouse -EPOR extracellular region and human-NOK intracellular region is protein having SEQ ID ¡í£º2 amino acid residue sequence or one or several amino acid residue substituted, defected or added SEQ ID ¡í£º2 amino acid residue sequence and have same activity with SEQ ID ¡í£º2 amino acid residue sequence. Chimeric receptor stable expression cell line BaF3-EPOR/NOK CGMCC¡í1144 can be used in screening anti tumorigensis and transfer drug as cell level model tool. |
