Abstract:
A dielectric material used to be coated on the surface of discharge electrode in ozone generator is prepared from refractory silicon sulfide rubber through adding silicon-nitrogen rubber and thermally conducting filler, pugging, and sulfurizing. Its advantages are high dielectric constant and break-through voltage, high resistance to high-temp ageing.
