Abstract: |
The method includes decoding and encoding parts. Characters are that when new motion vector is synthesized from former motion vectors, weight of each motion vector is adjusted dynamically. Estimation of most accurate motion vector is determined by comparing sum of absolute value of errors. In procedure of synthesizing vector, the invention adjusts weight of motion vector of relevant macro block dynamically, making synthesized vector reflect motion of target macro block with accuracy as far as possible. The invention finds out optimum matched macro block, reduces error of motion compensation, improves quality of image with codes being converted and saves bit rate. |
