Abstract: |
Characters of the invention are that a thermostat is installed on cooling fluid outlet pipe connected to fuel cell, making the heat management system become as a dual cycle heat management system. High temperature outlet of the thermostat through pipe is connected to inlet of a radiator. Outlet of the radiator through pipe is connected to influent pipe of cooling fluid. Low temperature outlet of the thermostat through pipe is connected excurrent pipe of cooling fluid directly. Pump is installed on influent pipe of cooling fluid or excurrent pipe of cooling fluid. The invention modifies traditional single channel cooling cycle system of vehicle fuel cell to twin channel cooling cycle system by using thermostats so as to prevent overcooling or overheating of vehicle fuel cell effectively. Working temperature is kept at 80-90deg.C, guaranteeing operation of fuel cell in high performance. |
