Abstract:
The self-adapting pendant is capable of adjusting working gesture freely, seeking track accurately, suitable to flight system in deep sub micro optical storage in near field. The pendant includes inner ring, outer ring, two pair of elastic cell perpendicular to each other, and central stretch piece. Outer ring is rigid structure, and there is a quadrate through hole inside outer ring. Inner ring is an annular stretch thin slice with a through hole in center. The inner ring through a pair of columniform elastic cell arranged along longitudinal direction of pendant is connected to central hole in outer ring. Central stretch piece as a quadrate sheet through a pair of column form elastic cell arranged along latitudinal direction of pendant is connected to the inner ring. The invention through deformation of elastic cell guarantees adjusting gesture of micro flying head freely so as to give servo of disk movement, keep relatively stable gaps and obtain high coupling efficiency.
