Abstract:
Disclosed biochip includes solid phase substance and coupling object between micromolecule compound fixed on substance and carrier protein. The method includes following steps: (1) blockading not spotting area by using confining liquid; (2) adding sample to be tested or mixed liquid between its preparation liquid and characteristic ligand of micromolecule compound in spotting area on biochip to carry out reaction; (3) determining whether there is micromolecule compound and content. The invention combines biochip technique with immunity analysis, possessing features of multiple samples, multiple items, reliable result, applicable to qualitative, quantitative or semiquantitative test for micromolecule compound.
