Abstract: |
The invention discloses a method for enhancing osmophilic yeast yeasting glycerine density by adding in amphiprotic zymoid yeasting liquid in glycerine producing field. The invention inoculates somphilic yeast strain in glycerine yeasting incubation media into glycerine yeasting incubation media, at the same time, in the process of glycerine yeasting, adds in amphiprotic zymoid yeasting liquid to carry on glycerine yeasting. The added amphiprotic zymoid yeasting liquid improves the membrane permeability of osmophilic yeast cell, and adjusts the permeability pressure, makes the glycerine in cell secreted out of the cell, thus enhances the density of glycerine to 10-90%. The process is simple, easy to be controlled, low cost, easy to be used in industry. |
