The characteristic is that ZrB2 material, TiB2 material as silicon-carbide and fine powder, silicon powder, additional normal temp. binding agent are put into forced stirring sand-mixing machine to be mixed, weight percentage ratio of said compounds are: silicon-carbide 60-80, silicon powder 10-25, ZrB2 and TiB2 0.1-20, firing additive agent 0.2-10, rare-earth oxide is used as additive agent. The ability of anti-corroding of cryolite electrolyte solution of silicon nitride and silicon carbide combined refactory brick is increased and corroding speed is reduced since that ZrB2 and TiB2 materials are added into the refactory brick body. |
