Abstract： |
The present invention is SARS virus resisting siRNA and its application. The SARS virus resisting siRNA is nucleotide with the RNA sequence of SEQ ID No. 1 in the sequence list; or nucleotide with the RNA sequence possessing 95 % over homology with the RNA sequence of SEQ ID No. 1 in the sequence list and the same functions. The SARS virus resisting siRNA may be obtained through constituting its eukaryon expressing vector and culturing the eukaryon expressing vector in proper host cell, and the said process has relatively low cost and high repeatability. The SARS virus resisting siRNA of the present invention has obvious effect and will perform the important function in preventing and treating SARS. |
