Abstract:
The invention is a reducer supplying device for inner combustion nitrogen oxide catalyst converter, which belongs car tail gas discharging control technology. The invention includes reducer ejector, reducer storing pot and transmitting pump, gas storage pot and gas control valve and electron controller; the reducer ejector is made up of ejector body, electromagnetic valve nozzle, compound pipe with multi-aperture nozzles, and it also includes cooling liquid inlet, outlet and compressed air inlet. The reducer is blended with the compressed air in the compound pipe, and it is ejected into the discharging pipe through the multi-aperture nozzle, and distributed onto the surface of the catalyst, thus it upgrades the effective utilization rate of the reducer; and the reducer nozzle is not assembled on the discharging pipe directly, avoids the discharging pipe high temperature, adds the temperature drop of the compressed air and the cooling liquid, it can increase the reliability and prolong life service of the supplying device. The electron controller can carry on instant control to the reducer flow, thus it can be adapted to the demands of the state in the inner combustion machine.
