Abstract: |
The invention discloses a polyamide large-ring polyamine compound and its preparing method and application, providing a polyamide large-ring polyamine compound and its preparing method as well as a nucleic acid cutting reagent using its metal complexes as active components. The polyamine compound is N-(-(4-(4-(4-(N-methyl pyrrole-2-acyl)amino-N-methyl pyrrole-2-amino)amino-N-methyl pyrrole-2-acyl)amino-N-methyl pyrrole-2-acyl)amino-butyric acid-1,4,7, 10-tetraazacyclododecane. It also provides a preparing method and a nucleic acid cutting reagent using the metal complexes of the polyamine compound as active component. The invention provides a good foundation and effective way for further synthesizing DNA fixed-point identifying and cutting reagent, and has important significance. |
