Abstract:
The invention discloses a method of burn-out gas-phase pretreatment for ceramic blanks formed by gelcasting mold, degrading organic matters to ensure the ceramic blanks do not craze in burning-out course, and belonging to the technical range of blank burning-out treatment in ceramic molding. The ceramic blanks formed by gelcasting mold utilize ozone to degrade organic matters to make network macromolecules break chains into micro molecules and simultaneously release inner stress in the blanks. By thermal defatting and burning-out, the processed blanks are complete and do not crack, and have no defects inside. It has simple process and low cost, suitable for industrialized production.
