Abstract: |
The invention is high-energy continuous electric impulse online soften annealing technique of the stainless material and the relevant equipments. The technique includes: drive the continuous stainless material with a take-up device at certain speed to the said take-up device; install a high-energy electric impulse device which outputs continuously multiple electric impulses on the stainless material in electric section through a pair of electric contact device to conduct online annealing, and meanwhile a cooling device is used for cooling the material in the electric section. The method is of low power consumption and high productivity, moreover the surface oxidation of the material in anneal process is eliminated. It is especially adapted to continuous soften process of stainless material with diameter or thickness lesser than 3 mm. |
