Abstract: |
A transducer for measuring laser displacement consists of light source unit, measurement device and signal processing unit. It is featured as having only one interference channel, using two-frequency laser in measuring procedure to obtain four pathes of cosine signals with 90 degree phase difference for each of them. The obtained signals are used as input signals of times quad-frequency circuit for realizing electronic subdivision, increasing resolution ratio by four and realizing directional identification of movement for object to be tested. |
