Abstract： |
The image encoding includes encoding still image and video image. The invention includes following main steps: when carrying out encoding at encoding end, based on basic scan table set, the method generates scan table sets to be chosen by using given algorithm; then based on information of classified statistics for encoded images to select scan table set corresponding to each class from generates scan table sets; based on each scan table contained in scan table set to carry out scanning process for class of each coding block in image to be encoded. Using finer characteristic, the invention realizes self-adapting scanning more flexible and accurate than scanning technique in international video decoding standard, and increases performance of video compression encoding. |
