Abstract:
The invention relates to the calculation biology field, especially providing a method for searching and adjusting the transfer factor of one group of relative genes, wherein it calculates the ration between the real number and demand number of the combine positions of transfer factor in one group of relative genes, to judge the relationship between the transfer factor and the genes; if the ratio is higher the preset adjust significance threshold value, said transfer factor is related to the genes; the adjust significance threshold value is fixed by the specificity, the adjust ratio and the total adjust rate of weight matrix algorism. The inventive method can improve the accuracy that adjusting the transfer factor of genes, fix the adjust ratio and the relationship between genes based on the biological characters, with simple calculation and less parameters.
