Abstract: |
The present invention relates to carbon nanotube array structure and its preparation process. The carbon nanotube array structure consists of parallel carbon nanotubes and features the carbon nanotubes with formed mark line. The preparation process of the carbon nanotube array structure includes the following steps: providing one substrate; forming one catalyst layer on the surface of the substrate; heating the substrate to certain temperature; and providing carbon source gas intermittently to grow carbon nanotube. During the growth of carbon nanotube, every interruption of carbon source gas will form one mark line on the surface of the carbon nanotube, and the mark lines may serve as the anti-fake mark and for the measurement of carbon nanotube growth speed. |
