Abstract: |
A method for measuring growth speed of nanotube includes providing a substrate and forming a catalyst layer on surface of substrate then heating substrate up to certain temperature, supplying carbon source gas periodically for growing and forming nanotube with label line, recording growth time T of two adjacent label lines and measuring length L of two adjacent label lines than calculating out nanotube growth speed V by formula of V=L/T. |
