Abstract: |
The invention discloses a heat interfacial material and preparing method, which is composed of one basal body and many carbon nanometer pipes spreading in basal body, wherein the basal body comprises the first surface and the second surface; a plurality of carbon nanometer pipes extends from the first surface to the second surface of the basal body; the carbon nanometer pipes outlets form at least one surface with phase-change aterial layer; the heat interfacial material composes a plurality of carbon nanometer pipes, and one end of the carbon nanometer pipes entends out of the basal body; one directional heat conductivity channel is formed on the heat conductivity interface. The invention reduces heat resistance of heat conductivity interface, which improves heat transfer efficiency of the heat interfacial material. |
