Abstract： |
The invention relates to an antibiotic cigarette packaging film which comprises: profax and nanometer silver which dissolves in the profax. Each component of the antibiotic cigarette packaging film is as following (by weight rate): 59-79£¥ polypropylene, 10-20£¥ antibiotic mother particle, 2.5£¥ releasing agent, 2.5£¥ antistatic agent, 5-15£¥ lubricating agent, 0.5£¥ reducing agent and 0.5£¥ stabilizing agent. It also relates to a method for preparing the antibiotic cigarette packaging film which has the following steps: mixing the silver nitrate solution and the reducing agent, the scattering agent, the color killing agent and the stabilizing agent, adding low molecule polypropylene to form polypropylene coated nanometer silver, mixing granulating the polypropylene coated nanometer silver and the profax raw material to form nanometer silver antibiotic mother particle or using the polypropylene which coats nanometer silver as acrylic polymer seed to obtain profax with nanometer silver as nanometer silver antibiotic mother particle, adding the nanometer silver antibiotic mother particle into the profax to form the antibiotic cigarette packaging film by biaxial tension. |
