Abstract： |
The invention belong to biochemical field, providing the diisopropoxyphosphorylating dipeptidetrimethoxybenzamide compound and the preparing method. The structural formula of the compound is as the right formula, the AA1 and AA2 is the same or different amino acid residue. The preparing process comprises: (1) diisopropoxyphosphorylating dipeptidemethyl ester reacting with sodium-hydroxide with existence of methanol, getting and separating the diisopropoxyphosphorylating dipeptide; (2) diisopropoxyphosphorylating dipeptide reacting with 3,4,5-trimethoxybenzeneamine under action of condensating agent, producing and separating the diisopropoxyphosphorylating dipeptidetrimethoxybenzamide compound. The antineoplastic activity of the compound is high and the medicinal prospect is wide. |
