Abstract:
A soluble TiO2 nanocrystal is prepared from 3-valence Ti-contained inorganic salt, hydrogen peroxide and alkali solution through open reflux reaction or closed hydrothermal reaction at 60-220 deg.C for 1-24 hr. Its advantages are uniform granularity (5-40 nm), high solubility or dispersity in water, alcohol and ketone, high photocatalytic activity and good deodoring, antibacterial and antimildew performance.
