Abstract：
 The method of obtaining protein segment with independent structure/function includes the following steps: 1. randomly cutting the polynucleotide sequence coding the protein and recombining to obtain random polynucleotide segments of different lengths and 2. connecting the obtained random polynucleotide segments to expression vector containing report gene, and introducing the recombinant expression vector to host for culturing to obtain the protein segment with independent structure/function. The present invention has no gene/protein specificity and simple and practical screening process, and will play important role in screening protein segment with independent structure/function and preparing virus antigen and virus vaccine.
