Abstract: |
The invention provides a method of culturing methane-oxidizing bacterias rapidly. Add liquid petrolatums to culture medium at the base of conventional culturing method of methane-oxidizing bacterias. During the shake culture to methane-oxidizing bacterias process in said invention, liquid petrolatums form into microspheres by mechanical acting forces, which could move between gas phase and thallus to offer thallus methane from airs directly and continuously, comparing with conventional culturing method, it could increase the growth velocity of methane-oxidizing bacterias and decrease the culturing time which changes from several weeks to several days apparently It also increases the culturing density of said bacteria, which could reach 10 times of the past at the best. Besides, we do not need to add methane to solid flat frequently any more during the process of culturing methane-oxidizing bacterias, and the growth velocity of said bacterias increases rapidly at the same time. Said invention will performance well in the industrial production of methane-oxidizing bacterias and related products produced thereby and have a promising future in appliances. |
