Abstract:
The present invention belongs to the field of waste treating technology, and is especially chemical process of stabilizing fly ash from incinerating city garbage with chemical stabilizing silicate reagent. The process includes the following steps: measuring the fly ash sample leaching liquid in heavy metal content and pH value mixing fly ash, water and chemical stabilizing silicate reagent inside some mixer at normal temperature maintaining the fly ash slurry for 30 min for the heavy metal or metal and the chemical stabilizing silicate reagent to react and to be fixed curing the mixture at normal temperature in ventilating condition for at least 24 hr and final landfill treatment. The process has high stability, no secondary environmental pollution, and other advantages.
