Abstract:
The present invention discloses the preparation process of nanometer V2O5 material in body-centered cubic structure and belongs to the field of functional material preparing technology. By means of vacuum evaporation with vanadium sheet as evaporation source, nanometer monocrystal V2O5 material is grown directly at relatively low temperature. The said preparation process is superior to available technological processes. The preparation process is simple and has short period. The prepared nanometer V2O5 material has resistance-temperature curve with inflection point at about 120 deg.c when the temperature is changed between room temperature and 300 deg.c and special electrical performance. The prepared nanometer V2O5 material may find its wide application foreground in preparing temperature sensor, gas molecule sensor, electric and optical switch, etc.
