Abstract： |
Being in mode of combining sheet frames through close contact and seal, galvanic pile structure constitutes flow path in the pile for anode electrolyte and cathode electrolyte. Comb structure on diversion feed plate forms diversion hidden-holes, which are as channels for electrolyte to inflow into or outflow from anode cavity or cathode cavity. Thus, after passing through diversion hidden-holes, electrolyte flows evenly between ion exchange membrane and electrode so as to prevent a mass of electrolyte from forming channel flow, that is to say electrolyte only passes through only part of anode cavity or cathode cavity. Using elasticity of plastic board, the invention realizes function of close contact and seal. Advantages are: simple structure, easy of manufacturing, reliable seal, effective restraining channel flow, and high conversion efficiency. |
