Abstract:
A method for controlling energy consumption of parallel cluster power supply includes adding on or off node code at open PBS system dispatching unit in server, deciding redundancy node calculation according to accumulated probability distribution of node number required by all arrival tasks within nearest period, setting 80 % - 90 % numbers of corresponded nodes in said distribution as numbers of redundancy nodes which are updated in following to continuous update of formed task historical record in system operation course. The method can achieve energy saving result nearly to state of system close.
