Abstract: |
This invention relates to a method for testing the quality of disks of high speed and high density based on the focus error, which first of all designs the rotate speed of a disk to be tested as n, divides the laser reflecting light spots on the disk into four regions to carry out arithmetic to four voltage signals in each region to get a focus error signal, designs the desired jitter value of the disk to be tested and tests the focus offset value of a standard disk corresponding to the jitter value to be set as the peak threshold value of the focus signal of the disk to be tested to be compared with the focus error signal, if the error signal is in the threshold value, the quality is right, if it is outside of it, it is not qualified. |
