Abstract: |
The invention features mounting a CPLD chip and an optical fiber driving circuit between main control board and high voltage IGCT three-level converter. With CPLD chip, three methods of dead time area control, minimum pulse width control and transition pulse control are combined to make the converter avoid conduction through in bridge arm, too short switch time for single component and full dc bus voltage suffered by single component. |
