Abstract:
This invention discloses a method for preparing high-temperature oxidation mixed coating of MCrAlx and Al with electrophoretic codeposition, first of all, which mixes MCrAl and 10~70wt% Al to mixed powder to be added with active elements to be matched to scattered suspension liquor by ball mill in an absolute organic solvent, and takes a matrix as the cathode to mix them at the same time, in which, the mixed powder is deposited on the cathode, the sample after electrophoretic deposition in the vacuum oven is hot-processed under 1000~1100deg.C to get the high-temperature oxidized MCrAlX and Al mixed coating under the constant potential mode.
