The continuous biological diesel oil preparing process converts regenerable plant oil and grease into biological diesel oil under the sub-critical, critical and supercritical state of short-chain alcohol as acyl radical acceptor, and belongs to the field of biological oil synthesizing technology. The process includes heating the pipe preheater and pipe reactor to set temperature, pumping short-chain alcohol and plant oil and grease with high pressure pumps into the pipe preheater for mixing and the pipe reactor for reaction of 10-40 min, cooling and separating, and can produce biological diesel oil continuously. The reaction system has no impurity introduced, so that its side product coarse glycerin may be refined easily to obtain pure glycerin product. The present invention has the advantages of environment friendship, simple separation process, low cost, high efficiency, great output, stable product quality, etc. |
