Abstract:
The invention discloses a method for preparation of a big cavity nonsoap sub-micron microsphere of polymer, belonging to the field of preparation of chemical material. With methyl methacrylate as hard monomer, acrylate species as soft monomer, and unsaturated organic acid as functional monomer, by nonsoap multistep emulsion polymerization and adding primer by batches, the ternary polymer emulsion particle is synthesized. The hollow sub-micron microspheres of polymer, which have different bore diameters and forms, is prepared after the alkali treatment and neutralization to said emulsion particle with the existence of swelling agent methyl ethyl ketone. The preparation technique is simple and the cost is low; the microsphere has a big specific surface area and a good bioavailability, and has a carboxylic functional group on the surface. It is suit to be a carrier material and an absorption material for fixing biologically active substance.
