Abstract:
The invention relates to a nano Co-Ni-Al2O3 composite ceramic material and precess for preparation by using Ni(NO3)2, Co(NO3)2 and Al2O3 as raw material through vacuum reduction and thermal sintering, the formulation of the raw materials includes Ni(NO3)2 0.05-0.1, Co(NO3)2 0.05-0.1, Al2O3 0.8-0.9, the ratio being the real mole number, the preparation consists of ball grinding and mixing, drying, sieving, vacuum reduction calcining at 700-850 deg. C, thermal insulating, disintegrating, sieving, sintering 1 hour at 1450-1550 deg. C.
