Abstract:
A magnetic driving device producing rotating magnetic field is able to provide driving force to the magnetic driven artificial blood pump. The device uses a radial magnetized permanent magnet as a rotor with two couples of N-S poles. A stator consisting of silicon-steel sheets and a loop is provided outside the rotor. The stator is 1/3-1/2 long of the permanent magnet rotor. The shell of the magnetic driving device is made of titanium alloy (nonmagnetic material). When the permanent magnet rotor is rotating, the rotor is able to produce magnetic field outside the shell. The driving device integrates the motor rotor and the rotor used to outside magnetic driving, has the advantages of small volume, high efficiency, lower noise and temperature rise than the traditional electrical motor.
