Abstract:
A carried SiPAl molecular sieve SAPO-34 able to be directly used in fluidized bed to prepare low-carbon olefin by cracking methanol and dimether is prepared through proportionally mixing silica sol, phosphoric acid, alpha-AlO(OH), triethylamine, and micro-balls of silicon oxide, aluminium oxide, titanium oxide, or magnesium oxide, adding H2O, stirring, crystallizing, drying, dipping in silica sol or aluminium sol and calcination.
