Abstract： |
This invention provides a performance monitor method for mass memory system based on storage domain network including setting up a parameter computing model containing response time, throughput, wasting time and service time for a mass memory system based on a storage domain network by comparison/image in a performance monitor, which utilizes the I/O required information of a storage server from the storage domain server as the input of a parameter computing model and computes the model to predict the performance target values of the original mass system and takes it as the monitor result to be output to manage the system. A monitor system is also provided including an information collector for collecting I/O required information of service ends, a performance monitor storing parameter computing models and a secondary network. |
