Abstract:
A modifying process of preface nano-crystal. It contains steps as follow. First, deposit a layer of no-crystal alloy membrane on the surface of workpiece. Second, put the workface in hydraulic house between -20¡æ and 60¡æ. Apply a content pressure with hydraulic device, add a sine or cosine pressure. Nano-particle can be separated from no-crystal alloy membrane after a moment. Crystal particle with high hardnessl and strength move the no-crystal layer. The process can improve corrosion resistance, surface property and impact properties.
