Abstract： |
The preparation method of centimeter length silver unit crystal nanometer array belongs to the nanometer material preparation technology. This invention selects the bare glass optical fiber as the basis, hotly steams with the vacuum plates and the method deposits two piece of silvers molds in the bare glass optical fiber in one side separately which takes the negative pole and the anode, deposits the RbAg4I5 silver ion electric conduction thin film between the negative pole and the anode along the optical fiber axis, and causes its cover negative pole and the anode. This method also hasn't any template in the entire solid state environment under the condition realizes, the operation is simple, the array length by the circular telegram timing control, in the array silver carbon nanometer's each parallel arrangement, also this array easy from the basis separation, may applies as the wire or the component to the macroscopic criterion electronics, in the photoelectronics domain, or directly strengthens the Laman scattering basis as the surface uses in the chemical analysis domain. |
